Through personalized one-on-one coaching, live workshops, and our flagship Fearless Tennis Platinum Course, we equip clients with science-backed strategies to perform at their best when it matters most.

Jeff Greenwald, M.F.T.

Jeff Greenwald is one of the world’s leading voices in the field of sports psychology and mental coaching. With decades of experience working with elite athletes across all sports, Jeff brings both a personal and professional understanding of the psychology of high performance.

His journey began as a modestly ranked professional tennis player frustrated by his own inconsistent performance. Determined to understand what separated good from great, Jeff pursued dual Master’s Degrees in Clinical and Sport Psychology—and what he discovered changed everything.

Applying the very strategies he now teaches, Jeff rose to No. 1 in the world in his age group, won two ITF World Titles, and was later inducted into the Northern California Hall of Fame in 2019. Jeff is the author of the best-selling book, The Best Tennis of Your Life, and creator of the Fearless Tennis Platinum Course, a comprehensive training program used by thousands of athletes worldwide.

His approach blends traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with modern breakthroughs like Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), making his coaching both grounded in science and deeply human. Jeff has been a featured mental coach for organizations such as Stanford and UC Berkeley Men’s Tennis, UCLA Medical Center, USTA, Wilson Sporting Goods, Merrill Lynch, and The Human Performance Institute. His insights have been featured in the New York Times, USA Today, Tennis Magazine, and leading international publications.

Based in Northern California, Jeff is also a dedicated father of two competitive junior athletes. He continues to work with top-ranked juniors, professionals, and collegiate players—offering them the same tools he used to transform his own career.
